Mt. Rainier, Washington.   My brother and I on our way to field test his snow chains.   Attempting, and eventually failing, to put on the chains.

View of Deception Pass Bridge, from Whidbey Island, where I grew up.   We smoked this guy because he didn't know how to drive his car.   Snow covered Montana in the morning.

My brother and his Jetta VR6 at a ski "resort" up the road from my Grandma's place. It was closed.   It was dumping pretty good on Thanksgiving.   Thanksgiving dinner with my family.

Taken at a waterfall. We had to take my Grandma's Explorer to get up here, as the snow was pretty deep, and getting deeper by the minute.   Big Horn Sheep.   Great picture of a snow covered Montana on our way back to Washington.

3" in a single day. Not bad for the first snow of the year in Seattle. Bellingham up north got 15".       The previous picture you couldn't see the snow falling, but after turning on the flash, you can see how much was coming down.
